Technical Information of the Equipment

• There is no practically set-up machine, to test parts with different geometry.
• The shipment of the parts is through a conveyor with start cycle through monitoring sensor.
• Bath application of MP and automatically Magnetisation at the passage of the part in the magnetizer.
• Output of the test parts in the direct inspection table with quality and preservation of information.
• Inspection on the desk watching the care operator ergonomics.
• When necessary, the demagnetizing coil is immediately after the inspection table.
